24 Hour System Monitoring
Fortress Security provides 24-hour monitoring of your home, business or facility. In case of alarm, the system will communicate with a central monitoring agency for alarm verification and dispatch of lifesaving services regardless of your presence on site.
The modes of communication are dictated by you and services available. Whether using a telephone line, cellular communicator or via the internet, the alarm will be reported and a response will occur.
We subcontract with a monitoring agency that is separated geographically from northern Michigan to ensure they are able to respond no matter the environmental, power and external forces causing emergencies locally. And, as is our practice, there is free maintenance service for all Fortress Security monitored customers.
Smart Security
In the age of smart homes and apps for all occasions, Fortress Security is proud to offer Total Connect 2.0 as an option for remote access to your system. Whether viewing on your phone or computer, you can see the state of your system, devices and current temperature as well as arm and disarm from anywhere.
